What is Long Covid?
While many individuals who are infected by the Coronavirius experience symptoms for only a short period, others can suffer for extended lengths of time or may experience new or recurring symptoms after initially recovering from the virus. Diagnosis criteria for Long Covid include post-Covid returning or continuous health problems for four or more weeks after the initial infection.
