Workshops
Self-care
- Self-care is activities and behaviors whose purpose are to promote, ensure, or restore psychological or physical health; prevent or manage disease, injury, or trauma; and achieve a sense of well-being, especially in times of stress. This program will walk you through a personalized self-care plan and provide many tips for effective and sustainable practices.
Mindfulness, Meditation and Movement
- Mindfulness is being aware of what you are sensing, feeling and thinking in the present moment, without judgment. Practicing meditation enhances mindfulness capabilities and involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind, and help reduce stress. Take a break from your day to learn more about the importance of mindfulness, practice meditations and participate in chair yoga from the comfort of your office.
Sleep Better Techniques
- This program will provide information on what happens when you sleep and tips on how to start reaping the benefits of great sleep. The information is designed to meet you where you are at and help you take the next step in getting better sleep that works for you.
Healthy Nutrition for Sleep
- Both nutrition and sleep are essential for well-being. This workshop will explore the relationship between nutrition and sleep; a healthy diet can promote better sleep health while adequate sleep can empower us to make healthy choices. This workshop will also discuss various foods that are associated with improved sleep and additional tips for sleep hygiene.
