Ana Agud, CWWS

Ana Agud is the Work/Life Program Manager of Employee Wellness for Hokie Wellness. With 14 years of commitment to Hokie Wellness, Ana is passionate about her work, playing a crucial role in encouraging Hokies to find an energetic perspective about their well-being and living a vibrant and meaningful life.

Ana's skills and expertise include mindfulness, women's health and well-being, work/life integration, physical well-being, and employee activity challenges. She specializes in developing and implementing health education, work/life, mindfulness, and challenge programs.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport College and a Master of Public Health from Virginia Tech. She is a Certified Koru Mindfulness Instructor, a Certified Well-being Culture Coach, a Worksite Wellness Specialist, and FEMA certified. She also serves as a member at large on the Board of the College and University Work-Family Association and is the editor of the organization's newsletter.

When she's off the clock, she keeps things balanced by spending time with her husband, staying connected with her son who serves as a pilot in the Air Force, pampering her dog and two cats, and indulging in her passions for watching sports, cooking, and continuous learning.
