In this session we will explore the impacts of mindset and self-talk on academic & personal achievement. Additionally, we will learn techniques for developing a growth mindset & affirmations.

From Mind Full to Mindful

FRI 4/26 @ 1:30 - 2:30 // MCCOMAS 143

In this interactive session we will practice some introductory mindfulness techniques. We will also learn how stress and mindfulness affect the body & resources for managing stress.
