Employees were encouraged to start the year off right by learning how to weave wellness into their lives.
Admission was free, but employees were required to bring a Hokie Passport to sign-in. Employees were also encouraged to bring comfortable clothing to experience a variety of recreational activities.
The fair's schedule included health, wellness, and benefits exhibitors, group exercise classes, interactive activities, flu and shingles vaccinations, a bloodmobile, cooking demonstrations, and more. Cardio areas and weight rooms were also open to employees.
As part of the university's commitment to maintain healthy lifestyles, all employees were encouraged to participate and received two hours of approved leave to attend the fair.
